This feature has reached the end of life with OTRS 7 and will not be longer supported.
You can use the calendar feature to manage projects and tasks. In the calendar you can assign tasks to different groups and agents and you can use a number of other possibilities, such as automation and linking tasks to different objects.
Note
Before the migration to OTRS you have to save all data. After the migration the data will not be available.
