Ticket Notifications

This package adds the following notifications to the system:

• Watchlist agent article notification

• Watchlist customer article notification

• Watchlist move notification

• Watchlist owner change notification

• Watchlist queue change notification

• Watchlist state change notification

• Ticket watcher reminder notification

To view the notifications:

1. Go to the Ticket Notifications screen of the administrator interface.

2. Find the notifications start with Watchlist.
