Queue Responsible

This feature add-on has reached the end of life and will not be ported for OTRS 8.

The functionality can be easily realized by configuration of generic agent jobs. For existing mappings between queues and users, the generic agent jobs will be automatically created during system upgrade.

New mappings take place in the form of new generic agent jobs by the administrator.

Note

If this feature add-on is already installed, the feature will be replaced by the core functionality of the framework during the upgrading process. After the upgrading process, the package will be removed.
