After installation of the package, it is possible to send an article to a customer user when an agent starts a new process ticket.

New Process Ticket

To send an email to a customer user via a process ticket:

  1. Click on the Process Ticket menu item in the Action menu or click on the Start Processes menu item in the main menu.
  2. Select a process from the drop-down list.
  3. Enter your customer information as already known from email tickets.

On submitting the activity dialog, the article gets sent to the configured customer user.
