Agent InterfaceΒΆ
After installation of the package a new widget will be displayed in the agent dashboard. Additionally, a new menu group will be displayed in the new action menu to add announcements. This menu item opens the Add Announcement screen of the Dashboard News administration module.

Clicking on an entry in the widget will expand the announcement to see the details.
