Adjust Sort Ticket Overview

This feature add-on has reached the end of life and will not be ported for OTRS 8.

The functionality for adjusting the column width has been integrated into the OTRS framework. The width of the columns in the ticket lists is now individually configurable and can even vary between the different static and personal lists. The word length of the title column in the ticket lists now automatically adjusts to the column size.

The abbreviated display of queue and service names has been removed. Instead, only the names without the full path are displayed. You can get more details about the full path by hovering over the name in the lists. The requirement to display the ticket number has been removed.
